The magnetic pole gap is fine and the magnetic force is evenly distributed. The effect is particularly obvious when processing thin and small workpieces. The precision of the work surface does not change during charging and demagnetization. The panel is specially treated without leakage, which can prevent the corrosion of the cutting fluid, prolong the service life of the disk, and can work in the cutting fluid for a long time. Six-sided fine grinding, can be used vertically on wire cutting machine. High-performance magnetic steel is used in the disk, which has strong suction and almost no remanence. Instructions :

1. Place the workpiece on the suction magnetic table, then insert the wrench into the shaft hole and turn it clockwise 180º to "ON", then the workpiece can be processed.

2. After the workpiece is processed, insert the wrench into the shaft hole and turn it counterclockwise 180º to "OFF" to remove the workpiece.

Care and Maintenance:

1. The surface of the magnetic table should be wiped clean before use to avoid scratches and affect the accuracy.

2. The ambient temperature is -40°C ~ 50°C, and knocking is strictly prohibited to prevent the magnetic force from being reduced.

3. After use, coat the working surface with anti-rust oil to prevent rust.

The difference between the enhanced model and the ordinary model: the thickness of the ordinary magnetic steel wire is 2MM, and the thickness of the enhanced magnetic steel wire is 4MM.
