Instructions

Place the workpiece on the magnetic table, and then insert the wrench into the hex key hole and rotate it 180% clockwise, then the workpiece will be locked in place for processing. After the workpiece is processed, insert the wrench into the hex key hole and turn it counter clockwise by 180°, and then remove the workpiece.

Factors that affect the holding of the workpiece

1. The surface of the workpiece to be sucked should be flat. If there are pits or grooves on the surface of the workpiece to be sucked, it will affect the sucker's holding of the workpiece.
2. The size of the workpiece being held will affect the holding force of the workpiece. The workpiece area is small, the number of magnetic pole groups in contact is small, and the holding force is small. At the same time, the workpiece is too small, which will cause the suction handle to operate Inconvenient operation.
3. The thickness of the workpiece will also affect the holding force on the workpiece. If the workpiece is too thin, it will reduce the holding force on the workpiece. If the workpiece is too thick, the torque generated by the cutting force on the workpiece will be too large, which will affect the stability of the workpiece.

Maintenance and maintenance (please do not disassemble the permanent magnet chuck by yourself)

1. The work surface of the suction cup should be kept clean. After use, the magnetic circuit should be disconnected and coated with anti-rust oil
2 It is strictly forbidden to pile up debris on the work surface, so as not to affect the flatness
3. During the handling process, prevent the work surface from knocking and knocking, so as not to affect the performance
4. In the process of long-term use, if the roughness, flatness or parallelism of the work surface is found to be poor after the workpiece is installed, the processing conditions of the machine tool can be used to repair
5. In the process of use, when the handle is found to be too strong or the holding force is obviously insufficient when the hex wrench is pulling the eccentric shaft, you should contact the manufacturer in time for repair
6. The operating environment temperature is -40C-50 C°, it is strictly forbidden to knock to prevent the magnetic force from being reduced
